Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Since we are a drop shipping business, orders are fulfilled by various suppliers across different locations. As a result, shipping times may vary based on the product and destination.

        1. Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business daysThis applies to most orders within the continental U.S. 
 2. International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 15-25 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. 
Please note that due to global shipping conditions, there may be occasional delays. 
Shipping Costs
  • Free Standard Shipping is offered for all orders within the U.S. on select products.
  • For international  orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the size of your order.
If there are any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees, these will be the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • Please note that it may take 1-2 business days after you have received the tracking number for the information to be updated in the system. 
Shipping Delays & Issues
  • While we strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more information.

Lost or Damaged Items
  • In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue and offer solutions, including a refund or replacement.
  • If the package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office or carrier. We can assist with the investigation if needed.

Address Accuracy 

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for the delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you realize there is an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to update your information. 

Return Policy & Refunds

Due to the nature of our drop shipping model, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us at msandmrs@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
